Mumbai : Geometric Limited (BSE: 532312, NSE: GEOMETRIC), a provider of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Engineering services and Offshore Product Development (OPD) solutions and technologies, will showcase its leading products - CAMWorks ® and GeomCaliper ® at Alucast Focus 2009 to be held in Pune, India on September 5-6, 2009.
GeomCaliper , an automated and easy-to-use thickness analyzer is used to optimize the thickness and weight of die-cast parts, while CAMWorks provides the environment to productively create optimized NC codes for machining the parts. Geometric will demonstrate these products on September 5, 2009 in Session I scheduled from 11:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. The event will include hands-on sessions with the products, and also highlight the benefits experienced by existing users.
The `Product Conference' session of Alucast Focus 2009 will also have a paper presentation from Geometric on `How Tooling and Casting requirements can be addressed at Design Stage' by Product Manager, Mr. Bhaskar Sinha.
Alucast FOCUS 2009 is an event organized by Aluminium Casters' Association of India. The event exclusively focuses on product development for casting components.
