Bangalore : MAXrad SOFTware (India) Pvt Ltd., a CAE solutions provider based out of Bangalore and having branch offices in Pune & New Delhi, focused on the Automotive, Aerospace & Defense applications today announced the launch of its new division IPETRONIK-a dedicated DAQ Centre. The new division will operate from Maxsoft’s Bangalore office. The addition of this new division marks the continued expansion for Maxsoft in Bangalore, the region it has been serving in CAE field for the past 4 years.
IPETRONIK is based at Baden-Baden, Germany and is a leading global solutions provider for the Automotive DAQs. It serves well known automotive giants like BMW, Volkswagon, Diamler, Audi & others. Most of its solutions are remarkably positioned in the respective application spaces and it has generated a business value of over 35million USD in the year 2008 and is expanding aggressively. It has a chain of partners across the globe and through which it meets the customer requirements very well.
IPETRONIK and MAXSOFT agreed a long-term relationship providing state of the art products and services in India. Long-term contracts have been signed already. For 2010, a Joint Venture company at the locations Bangalore, Pune and Delhi is planned.
