Mumbai: S. Ramadorai has been appointed as Chairman of Tata Elxsi and the Board of Directors following the retirement and stepping down of Mr. Syamal Gupta.
Mr. Sujit Gupta also stepped down as Director from the Board of Directors of the Company due to ill health.
The announcements were made after the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 07, 2009.
