KUALA LUMPUR - AVEVA Group plc (LSE:AVV), one of the world's leading providers of engineering data and design IT systems, announced that WorleyParsons, a global provider of technical, project and operational support services; recently signed a contract to significantly increase the company's usage of AVEVA Plant solutions.
This new contract supplements a 2-year global contract for AVEVA Plant solutions placed by WorleyParsons' Kuala Lumpur office in mid-2008. With both contracts, AVEVA Plant solutions will be used in WorleyParsons centres in Singapore, Brunei, Jakarta, Bangkok, Abu Dhabi, Lagos, Perth, Melbourne, Chile, Trinidad, Houston, Beijing and London.
