CEA Systems introduces the new release of Component Builder

CEA Systems has introduced the new release of Plant-4D Component Builder module. With this module the user can make 3D components without needing any CAD system.

It operates by using its own graphical interface. After the 3D components have been made using the component builder, they can be used in AutoCAD and MicroStation, without conversion or programming.

New features include:

- Latest Hoops Version v17.0 (better graphical support)
- Latest RealDWG 2010. (You can now import 2D DWG files)
- Latest GUI. Docks, toolbars, menu, themes, the complete GUI is now customizable (shortcut keys, buttons etc) state remembered.
- Lots of pesky bugs solved (incl works under XP)
- Add your own usertools (start P4D-explorer, AutoCAD, paint, or your own exe)
- Includes installer (startmenu, uninstaller, everyone can install it)
- Automatic generation of icons and catalog pictures.
