Anark Core 3 Easily Connects Product and Manufacturing Data to 3D PDF Design Collaboration and Data Exchange Applications.
BOULDER, Colo - Anark Corporation, leading provider of automated 3D CAD transformation and visualization solutions, today announced it will demonstrate substantial new capabilities in its Anark Core platform during the upcoming Adobe® webinar entitled "Reinvent Design Collaboration and Data Exchange."
The Adobe manufacturing-focused webinar will take place on Wednesday, August 26, 2009, and will demonstrate new methods to prepare, aggregate, and combine complex CAD assemblies and models, as well as related product information sourced from PDM, ERP, SCM, and MES databases, into secure, standards-based 3D PDF documents supporting both lightweight mesh and manufacture-quality models.
This live web event will present the "Create, Author, Publish, and Consume" workflow, demonstrating how Adobe-Anark manufacturing solutions "captures the knowledge" required to share product information, and uses intelligent automation to ensure that product data shared internally and with suppliers is always secure and up to date.
"Anark Core 3 will deliver powerful new features that enable manufacturers to effectively use their 3D design data for numerous use-cases and applications throughout the enterprise and supply chain. Our platform is unique, because it captures the knowledge required to produce 3D CAD assets in the right form, while automatically ensuring their coherency with original design data, even as that data undergoes rapid design change," said Stephen Collins, CEO of Anark. "We're particularly excited about how these capabilities, combined with our robust, native support of 3D PDF, provides a cost effective and secure solution for sharing design data outside of the corporate firewall. We look forward to demonstrating this on August 26th."
