The latest version of KOMPAS-3D, award-winning Mechanical Computer-Aided Design solution from ASCON, was showcased at two exhibitions in Germany by an official reseller of the solution, SATTLER media & datasystems.
The professional software was presented firstly at Haus + Technik 2008 in Erfurt, the fair for house building, modernization and technology in industrially developed region Thuringen, then at MUT 2008 in Leipzig, an event under the motto "use innovations - master changes - create future" which gathered almost 2.500 participants. Stands at both fairs had a high attendance, KOMPAS solutions were demonstrated and highly appreciated by industrial enterprises specialists, IT experts, design and construction chiefs and journalists. All the visitors were able to familiarize with the newest version of powerful, cost-effective, easy-to-use and learn solutions - KOMPAS-3D V10 and try in use all the rich feature set of the classical 3D Solid Parametric Modeler, as well as extended line of add-ons and specialized applications, such as pipelines 3D, photo rendering, animation, kinematic and dynamic analysis, extended CAD/CAM/PLM integration and many others.
