The CCSI User Conference will include live cutting demonstrations.
Cad Cam Systems Inc. (CCSI), exclusive distributor for Delcam’s CADCAM software in Illinois and Iowa, is holding a user conference on March 31st at Ingersoll Cutting Tools in Rockford, Illinois. Delcam Managing Director, Clive Martell, who will attend the meeting together with Mark Cadogan, VP of Sales for Delcam North America, said, "CCSI has one of our largest customer bases in the USA. I am pleased to have the opportunity to meet, and to get feedback from, our customers in the region.”
Andy Bergstrom, president of CCSI added, "I am so glad that we were able to team up with Ingersoll again for our user group event. Ingersoll Cutting Tools has a great facility for live cutting demonstrations. We will be able to use the Haas high-speed Vertical Machining Center to show the latest improvements in PowerMILL, such as the new smoothing function, all with roughing and finishing cutters from Ingersoll.”
The conference will start at 8 am and finish at 4pm. Included in the agenda is a Q&A session featuring personnel from CSSI and Delcam. "Delcam has always been very supportive to us,” said Mr. Bergstrom. "We are extremely pleased to have Clive Martell and other Delcam personnel joining us for our event. This not only emphasizes Delcam’s commitment to us but also to our customers.”
Commenting on his involvement Mr Martell said, "The United States is a very important market to Delcam. Companies, particularly in the Midwest, have experienced many changes in the last couple of years. It is crucial for us to be able to understand these changes and how they have affected our customer needs, so we can continue to provide software that boosts their productivity, improves quality and reduces lead times.”
