“Autodesk University is the premier event of its kind and a great opportunity to teach the benefits of advanced Autodesk solutions to customers in a wide range of fields and industries,” said Danny Counts, CEO of U.S. CAD.

“Having taught at Autodesk University previously, I appreciate the effort our employees are putting into their class preparation while maintaining a full schedule of software training and implementation for our customers,” Counts added. “The classes they are teaching are expected to be well attended, some with upwards of 180 students.”

U.S. CAD representatives will also be on the Autodesk University exhibit floor at the K-TEK Solutions booth (# 127E). U.S. CAD and K-TEK Solutions, a technology consulting firm, have a Virtual Bench Partnership Agreement that allows U.S. CAD to provide K-TEK Solutions technical expertise to U.S. CAD customers, as well as the customers of other Autodesk Premier Solutions Providers such as Synergis Technologies, Mid-West CAD and Ideate.

In addition to showcasing their Virtual Bench Partnership, U.S. CAD and K-TEK Solutions will be featuring U.S. CAD’s Civil 3D Styles Launch Program, a comprehensive Civil 3D 2010 styles template containing over 350 styles. The Civil 3D Launch Template, based on NCS layer standards, has quickly become the California standard for Civil 3D documentation in California and the Western U.S.

U.S. CAD will also be promoting its BIM Production Services to architectural and engineering firms, general contractors and building product manufacturers, which can help these clients jump-start their transition to BIM.
