WOOSTER, OHIO – TechniGraphics’ President and CEO, Dee Vaidya, was honored Wednesday night as he received the Richard Hall Award for Leadership Excellence at a gala dinner in Palm Springs, California, which was hosted by the Suppliers Excellence Alliance (SEA). SEA is an aerospace and defense industries association of suppliers, who are committed to accelerating improvements in supply chain performance.
Commenting on the leadership award, Vaidya said, “Leadership is all about followership. To have a following, you need to develop people. When you invest in people, challenge them, tell them you have great expectations of them, men and women do amazing things for you.”
