Pasadena, CA: Bluebeam PDF Revu is the winner of Environmental Design + Construction (ED+C) Magazine’s 2009 Readers Choice Award for best software for green builders. This annual contest allows design and construction professionals to showcase “the crème de la crème of green building products.”
Bluebeam enables project teams to go almost completely paperless by digitally sharing, reviewing and redlining PDF drawings and other design documents. The PDF editor is proven to reduce paper usage by as much as 85%.
“We’re so thankful to our users and ED+C Readers who demonstrated their support for Bluebeam and paperless projects by voting for us,” said Sasha Reed, Bluebeam Software Director of Account Services. “This award recognizes that green building encompasses more than design attributes and sustainable building products, it also extends to the development of sustainable processes such as paperless communication.”
