MIE Trak ERP from MIE Solutions Deployed at Harcon Precision Metals

Harcon Precision Metals, a valued MIE Solutions customer, recently purchased MIE Trak, MIE Kiosk, MIE Docs and MIE Maintenance. Harcon Precision is a made to order production job shop, located in Chula Vista, California.

Harcon Precision has been in the sheet metal business since 1979. A few of the services they offer are custom design/engineering and sheet metal fabrication: laser cutting, waterjet cutting and CNC punch press. Some of the applications they specialize in are for computers and medical products.

MIE Trak is an easy to use, production control and job tracking solution designed to help increase operating profits without increasing businesses overhead. MIE Trak is an ERP and MRP system is designed to improve businesses bottom line with a cost effective software solution.

MIE Trak Kiosk data collection software makes using barcode technology to capture employee work through a manufacturing job shop a relic of the past. MIE Trak Kiosk has an easy to use interface with large buttons which enable employee's to clock in/out for the day, in/out of jobs and issue bill of material to jobs for job costing.

MIE Docs is another one of the products that Harcon is using. MIE Docs is a revolutionary file management system designed for a single user up to an organization of 1000’s of users. The software manages the hundreds of thousands of files on a company's network with check in/out capability, security including full windows integration.

Harcon is also using MIE Maintenance which is a full CMMS and work order system designed to be used for a company’s entire organization. The system is designed to help by preventing the failure before it actually occurs which PM and condition based maintenance help to achieve. It is designed to preserve and restore equipment reliability by replacing worn components before they actually fail.
