Aras® has announced announced the success of the Aras Community Event (ACE) 2010 Germany. Hosted by Aras Community member Freudenberg in Weinheim, Germany, the event drew customers, partners and other PLM experts and enthusiasts throughout the German speaking region of Europe.
ACE 2010 Germany featured speakers included Freudenberg, GETRAG Ford Transmissions, Hydrometer and T-Systems International GmbH. New to the Aras Partner Community, T-Systems is a leading provider of information and communication technology (ICT) systems for multinational corporations and public sector institutions. T-Systems and Aras have a shared vision of providing dynamically scalable PLM solutions that integrate with global services and data, and operate seamlessly wherever the customer requires - on-site, in the cloud and in hybrid deployments.
Kaiserslautern University’s Director of Virtual Product Development, Dr. Martin Eigner, and Björn Rüegg from the Institute for Product Design and Development at the Technical University in Rapperswil, Switzerland rounded out the agenda, providing insight on PLM trends and advancements.
