CSC launches small business version of Fastrak Building Designer

CSC has announced the launch of Fastrak Building Designer Limited Edition (LE), an innovative code-based building design software for small structural engineering businesses.

Fastrak Building Designer LE is a reduced member version of CSC's market leading Fastrak Building Designer software - used by most major UK consultants - which enables rapid and automated design of both simple and complex buildings. The software includes powerful features such as automated wind loading, composite beam design, multi-material modelling and drawing production. With the same functionality as the full version of Fastrak, engineers can produce fully optimised designs, GA drawings and manage changes easily. Fastrak Building Designer LE also incorporates EC3 Eurocode design in readiness for the withdrawal of BS5950 in March this year.
