Lantek reinforces its team in the United States with three new appointments

Lantek has announced the appointments of Adria Iles as Administration Manager: Bob Berkshire as Channel Manager and Marc Mercer as Commercial Manager for the branch office in the United States. Besides the branch office in Tyler (Texas), there are new ones in Illinois, Michigan and Ohio.

Lantek's new objectives in the American market are: to offer profitable and competitive solutions, to render better service and to support the partners of Lantek.

Adria Iles, graduated in University of Cincinnati as Computer Engineer, has held very responsible posts in Sales and Corporate Accounts Department in companies like Sigma TEK Systems International and International TechneGroup. From this new post, Mrs. Iles will be in charge of enhance the CAD/CAM/ERP solutions as the best sheet metal cutting and punching software in EEUU. She will be also look after of supplying the best tools to customers in order to reduce the times and resources.

Bob Berkshire, Sales Director and Commercial Manager for companies such as FPM Heat Treating, A.M. Castle and Company, and Regional Sales Manager of SIGMATEK previously, will be the new Channel Manager. He will reinforce and increase the relation with manufacturers and suppliers of machine-tool in the American branch by updating them the advantages of Lantek's software and assist them to optimize and improve their machines’ performances.

Marc Mercer graduated of Business Administrator at the University of Toledo (Ohio, USA) and trained in commercial and distribution areas in organizations such as Measurement Masters, Cybermation and SIGMATEK, will be the new Commercial Director of the company in EEUU. The main objective is to develop a powerful commercial network with the necessary knowledge and training to explain each characteristic of the Lantek's software in a clear and concise way to potential customers.

With these new appointments, Lantek tries to reinforce its business strategy in the USA market and also to coordinate the activities of the company in order to bring them closer to the company’s headquarters in Spain.
