Integration of Python interpreter in CINEMA 4D already on the way.
MAXON Computer, developer of the leading 3D modeling, painting, animation and rendering solution CINEMA 4D today announced the acquisition of the Python connection Py4D. Following the annoucement of a strategic partnership in late 2009, MAXON acquired all Py4D rights from Tuningchannel. Py4D programmer Sebastian Rath will manage the Python connection to CINEMA 4D under the MAXON flag.
Python is a powerful programming language with a comparatively simple learning curve. Python's unique blend of simplicity and power excels in a wide range of software development tasks. The numerous Python scripts and libraries can be utilized in any pipeline. Python also enables integration between software apps for the exchange of data and assets. Leading production and engineering firms rely on Python every day.
