Demonstrates universal employment of multiphysics for projects in science, research, engineering and education.
Bangalore – COMSOL, Inc., developer of the industry-leading COMSOL Multiphysics software environment for modeling and simulating physics-based systems, has announced the availability of the proceedings and user presentations from last fall’s Boston and Hannover COMSOL Conferences. The 2009 Edition of the COMSOL Conference CD contains more than 275 technical papers, 195 presentations, 14 downloadable and ready-to-run models in COMSOL Multiphysics format, and 91 animations and movie clips illustrating multiphysics modeling across all disciplines of science, industrial and space research, engineering, medical research, and education.
Complimentary copies of the CD can be requested at http://www.comsol.co.in/ccc.
The CD is intended to serve as a resource for the entire engineering population. Those new to the concept of Multiphysics can access a plethora of information regarding how these simulations can help them in their every day work. And, expert COMSOL users can catch up on the latest techniques that are being used.
Over 1,600 users of multiphysics modeling and simulation software attended the COMSOL Conferences held worldwide throughout the fall of 2008. The Conference is the ideal occasion for both experienced and novice modelers to convene –to push their knowledge to the next level, to share their achievements, and to inspire each other. Offering the presentations as a compilation will allow more than 100,000 people to benefit from the work that was contributed last fall.
A valuable complement to the offering of user presentations on the CD is the inclusion of keynote talks from the Boston and the Hannover COMSOL Conferences. The keynote lectures feature topics such as space exploration, biomedical and automotive applications, clean energy technologies, materials research, and consumer products.
