Formtek Appoints New VPs - Victor Malespina & Edward J. Kay

CONCORD, Calif : Formtek, Inc. (Formtek), a leading provider of Enterprise Content Management solutions, today announced that they have promoted two experienced senior managers to Formtek's executive management team.

Victor Malespina has significant career experience in sales and sales support, with particular emphasis in engineering data management and document management technology solutions. Victor's career includes over 20 years at Formtek serving in various project management, marketing, and senior sales capacities. As Vice President Sales, Victor is responsible for the Company's lead generation, prospect and pipeline building, account development and management, bid and proposal efforts, and top line revenue and cash flow generation. Victor has a B.S. in Architecture from the University of Maryland.

Edward J. Kay is a seasoned executive with a long history in information technology, software development, project management, and consulting services. He has held leadership roles in the Advanced Concepts Center, Lockheed Martin, and General Electric. As Vice President Services & Support, Ed is responsible for professional services, sales & marketing support, customer support, quality assurance including documentation and infrastructure support. Ed also has responsibility for product development, product maintenance, customer support and the successful delivery of engineering services. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MS in Computer and Information Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
