Deployment of aspenONE Engineering Software Across Global Operations Will Shorten Development Time and Increase Engineering Efficiency.
BURLINGTON, Mass: Aspen Technology, Inc, a provider of software and services to the process industries, announced it has signed a multimillion dollar contract with international oil & gas facilities service provider Petrofac. The deal will result in aspenONE® Engineering being deployed across Petrofac’s global operations.
“Expanding and standardizing on aspenONE Engineering solutions will allow us to enhance the efficiency of our engineering teams and integrate more closely with our customers. The flexibility of the licensing model also allows us to use the software in multiple parts of our organization as market requirements change,” said Mohan Narasimhan, Global Chief Information Officer, Petrofac.

Petrofac will deploy aspenONE tools across the company’s operations in Woking and Aberdeen, in the UK; Sharjah, the United Arab Emirates (UAE); and locations in the Asia-Pacific region.
