Ghent, Belgium,- Bricsys announces a volume contract with German based Kemper GmbH for Bricscad V9 in combination with the application developer Dendrit Haustechnik-Software GmbH.
Kemper GmbH has chosen Bricscad V9 as the CAD platform that will be bundled together with the calculation software of Dendrit GmbH for engineering offices specialized in designing high standard sanitary installations. Bricscad V9 serves as the CAD platform on which the Dendrit application is running for calculating cold and warm drinking water installations.
Bricscad V9, their unique tool for circulation simulations
This Bricscad V9 based solution is providing the unique tool for circulation simulations as an add-on to standard-compliant calculations. In it, not only the temperature history for the entire flow path is checked and optimised, rather the exact selection and settings for the valves and the pump is also taken care of. The KEMPER KHS Hygiene System for preventing stagnation and temperature excursion in the cold-water sector is likewise implemented as a simulation tool.
KEMPER and Geberit, together with the software company Dendrit in cooperation with Prof. Rickmann, Münster University of Applied Science, have created innovative calculation software for stipulated cold water (CDW) operations. The software is capable of calculating, simulating and ascertaining the necessary flush volumes and times in complex major projects - hotels, hospitals, schools - with loop line systems integrated in forced-flow sanitary block areas.
When we decided to include high level CAD capabilities into our software offering we wanted a 100% DWG compatible software, stable and performing which we found in Bricscad V9. This frame contract between Bricsys and Kemper GmbH contains an initial order of one thousand licenses of Bricscad V9. This number can be extended to a multiple of it for the months and years to come. Bricscad V9 is the newest version of the Briscad product suite and is expected to be released in the second half of September 2008.
