Mumbai, India : Geometric Limited (BSE: 532312, NSE: GEOMETRIC), a leader in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions and technologies, today announced the appointment of Ms. Priya Jadhav as the Vice President – Finance. Ms. Jadhav has 15 years of experience in the areas of financial planning, treasury and accounting, pricing and cost productivity and will be in charge of the finance function at Geometric.
Announcing the appointment, Mr. Ravishankar G., MD & CEO, Geometric said, “We are very happy to welcome Priya Jadhav to the management team. Her extensive experience in corporate finance and treasury management will be critical to the growth of the company, as we lay out an aggressive FY10 strategy.”
Prior to joining Geometric, Ms. Jadhav worked with Genpact, GE Capital International Services (GECIS), Coca Cola India and Godrej Soaps Ltd. in various capacities. Ms. Jadhav is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
