Latest Version of CimatronE, to be Released Later This Year, Will be Showcased at the Exhibition
GIVAT SHMUEL, Israel - Cimatron Limited (Nasdaq: CIMT - News), a leading provider of integrated CAD/CAM solutions for mold, tool and die makers as well as manufacturers of discrete parts, announced that it has invited experts in engineering from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquees de Lyon (INSA) to preview new versions of Cimatron's software at Industrie Lyon Trade Show (Stall 6.H.009).
Cimatron's distributor in France, FB Systems, is located on the Lyon University Campus and has forged strong links with the academic community. INSA Lyon is ranked among the top universities of Science and Technology in Europe. It offers a 5 year curriculum in which it trains humanist multi-competent engineers who are both innovative and entrepreneurial.

"Version 9.0 of CimatronE contains over 200 enhancements across all modules that are available separately or as a complete integrated suite. There are significant advancements in automation for moldmaking, keeping with Cimatron's winning formula of flexible automation. Die making innovations feature a brand new Transfer Die application and enhancements to the Progressive Die application and a new DieQuote Generator helps Die shops produce accurate quotes and win more jobs."
CimatronE will be displayed alongside another software product of the Cimatron Group - GibbsCAM. GibbsCAM is sold in France by distributor Productec. The 2009 version of GibbsCAM was released at the end of last year and also contains a wide range of productivity enhancements for milling, mill turn and High Speed Milling.
With 1,000 exhibitors expected, INDUSTRIE Lyon proposes all the solutions in equipments, components, products and services for all the stages from industrial manufacture to conception and production and subcontracting.
The force of the INDUSTRIE exhibition lies on a wide and complete nomenclature which covers all the industrial conception and production stages. Sections of the exhibition include, Materials, Robotics, Machine tools, Thermal equipment, environmental protection as well as information technology.
