Verisurf to Focus on International Metrology Markets

Anaheim, CA : Verisurf Software, Inc. has formed a Global Business Development Team to meet the growing international demand for its metrology software. Headed by Verisurf President Ernie Husted, the Team will include Robert Martin, Verisurf director of business development and international sales, and Jacob Hockett, Verisurf global sales engineer. Together, they will work closely with key metrology OEM hardware partners around the globe.

As part of the Global Business Development Team, Martin will manage Verisurf OEM partnerships and grow the Verisurf brand internationally. With 20 years of experience, he’s a trusted authority on the latest manufacturing and inspection solutions. He serves as a valuable resource for top executives at the industry’s largest companies, including EADS, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Sikorsky, Ford and Honda. He brings a vast understanding of metrology supply chain solutions and lean manufacturing processes.

Hockett will create and deliver technical content to Verisurf OEM partners and engage fortune 500 manufacturers worldwide. He began his career at Janicki Industries, an R&D composite facility, developing aerospace technologies. He then worked at Metris (now Nikon) specializing in metrology installations around the world. He currently serves as a supporting specialist for several major metrology companies and agencies, including NASA, US Army, Gulf Stream, ITT Space systems, and Northrop Grumman.
