CADSoftTools announces release of CAD Import VCL 7 and CAD Export VCL 7

CADSoftTools has announced the release of the new version of its CAD libraries for Delphi and C++Builder - CAD Import VCL 7 and CAD Export VCL 7.


VCL v.7 tools have got the following improvements:

- Support of Delphi 2009

- Import of DWF files.

- Import of DXF binary files.

- Export to PDF file format.

- DXF Loading optimized for files with a big amount of blocks (layers and styles).

- Faster procession of TIFF files.

- Crossing point will be searched only for solid lines, for FLATPOLY entity - will be not.

- Deep scaling improved.

- New snap types.

- Quantity of points in polyline is limited.

- Every loaded entity has its own unique Handle.

- Complex line types.

- Image cutting in DWG/DXF files.

- HPGL/HPGL2 file format - Bezier splines are supported.

- Support of the INSERT with the specified number of the columns.

- Display of POINT entity in different modes.

- Optimized by memory usage: CIRCLE, ARC, ELLIPSE, SPLINE.

- AutoCAD™ WIPEOUT entity is supported.

- AutoCAD™ MLINE entity is supported.

- AutoCAD™ HELIX entity is supported.

- AutoCAD™ TOLERANCE entity is supported.

- AutoCAD™ TRACE entity is supported.

- AutoCAD™ SHAPE entity is supported.

- Better display of the MTEXT, LEADER, ACAD_PROXY_ENTITY, SPLINE, LWPOLYLINE entities.

- Reflection of the ACAD_TABLE entity for DWG files.
