Midwest Prototyping Purchases iPro(tm) 9000, Becomes Authorized 3D Systems' PSP

Wisconsin-Based Rapid Prototyping Company Also Offers Selective Laser Sintering (SLS(r)) Services.

ROCK HILL, S.C - 3D Systems Corporation (Nasdaq:TDSC), a leading provider of 3-D Printing, Rapid Prototyping and Manufacturing solutions, announced today that Midwest Prototyping, LLC, has upgraded to an iPro(tm) 9000 Center to increase its Stereolithography large-part capacity. Midwest Prototyping, located in Blue Mounds, Wis., is a recent addition to the 3D Systems' Preferred Parts Service Provider (PSP) program.

Midwest Prototyping now offers high-quality iPro(tm) SLA(r) parts up to 30 inches long built from 3D Systems' Accura(r) 60 Material, a clear plastic with the properties of polycarbonate, and Accura(r) 25 Material, a highly flexible plastic that simulates polypropylene. Midwest Prototyping also has Selective Laser Sintering (SLS(r)) capabilities and offers sintered parts to its customers made with 3D Systems' DuraForm(r) Materials, the toughest, most stable laser sintering materials in the industry.
