Pointools Model delivers the power and flexibility to work quickly with large point cloud datasets within the AutoCAD envirnonment, the ideal solution for drawing and modelling from scan data.
Pointools Model has been available free for trial during December and feedback has been very positive.
A Pointools demo is available which will work with any .POD file created by Pointools Pro or the free Pointools Viewer. The trial version is restricted to work for 5 minutes after which the point cloud data is gradually deciminated until the user restarts AutoCAD. This provides end-users the opportunity to try the Pointools Model plug-in with their own data.
