VISTAGY and BETA CAE Systems form technology partnership to enhance Analysis and Design Integration for Developing Composite Products

Partnership will enable manufacturers in automotive, aerospace and other industries to optimize the use of composites for new and complex applications.

WALTHAM, Mass — VISTAGY, Inc and BETA CAE Systems S.A., which specializes in state-of-the-art computer aided engineering (CAE) pre- and post-processing software systems, today announced a technology partnership that will enable manufacturers in the automotive, aerospace and other industries to enhance their ability to leverage the value of composites by closely integrating analysis and design, thus reducing product development cycle time and enhancing quality.

The companies will integrate VISTAGY’s FiberSIM® composites engineering software and BETA CAE Systems’ ANSA CAE pre-processing software. The FiberSIM suite of software supports all of the unique and complex design and manufacturing methodologies necessary to engineer innovative, durable and lightweight composite products and parts. ANSA is an advanced multidisciplinary CAE pre-processing tool that provides all the necessary functionality for full-model build up, from CAD data to ready-to-run solver input files, in a single integrated environment.
